Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pushpasara & Goujanya. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We offer farm-produced natural products including honey, A2 ghee, spices, and beeswax. Our products are prepared and packed with care.

Natural Variation in Taste & Colour

Our A2 ghee and honey are natural products, so their taste, colour, aroma, texture, and consistency may vary from batch to batch.

The taste and colour of our A2 ghee can naturally vary depending on the cows' grazing patterns and the seasonal availability of natural grasses and other natural resources.

Similarly, the taste and colour of our honey can vary depending on the flowers available to the bees, season, location, and natural foraging conditions.

These natural variations are a normal characteristic of our products and do not necessarily indicate a change in quality.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. An order is confirmed after successful payment.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If an eligible order is cancelled before shipping, the amount paid will be refunded. Applicable payment gateway, transaction, or processing charges may be deducted.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.

Returns

As our products are food and natural products, we generally do not accept returns after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information on our website. However, natural products may differ slightly in appearance from the photographs shown online.
