Return & Refund Policy

We carefully check and pack every order before shipping.

As our products are food and natural products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once they have been shipped.

 

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

 

After reviewing the issue, we will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
