Cancellation & Refund Policy

We carefully prepare and pack every order from our farm.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you cancel before shipping, we will refund the amount paid. Any applicable payment gateway, transaction, or processing charges may be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

As our products are food and natural products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
